A CHERRY IN THE SNOW – Jelly. Soak gelatine in the water. Boil cherry drink with honey and cloves, dissolve gelatine in it, remove the cloves. Pour the jelly into small dishes and cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then put a dish, garnish with cherries. If you want you can add also coconut chips.
